When placing an order on Menulog’s new self-service Shop, shop.menulog.com.au, your order will auto-populate the delivery address to the address that is associated with your Menulog account. If you wish to change this to a different delivery address, you can easily update this during checkout.
During checkout, simply click on ‘change your shipping address’ .
Click on ‘change your shipping address’ to save a new delivery address to your address book. Alternatively, you can choose one of the addresses that has already been saved in your address book.
Click on ‘add a new address’. Make sure you enter in a shop number (if applicable) or street number, so Australia Post can find the delivery destination.
Once you have saved the new address, it will appear in your address book.
The final step is to go back to your cart, and click on ‘change your shipping address’ to select the address you have added to your address book.
Make sure you double check the correct delivery address is selected before you proceed to payment. The address on your invoice will always remain as the address that is associated with your Menulog account.
Can’t remember your login?
You would have received an invitation link from the Shop asking you to create your account details before logging in for the first time. A confirmation email will be sent automatically from the Shop after you have created your account confirming your username. You can use this to login, or alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, use your username to reset your password by clicking on ‘forgot password’.
