Your simple guide to start receiving orders with Menulog

To get you started, please follow the steps below so customers can start ordering!

Step 1: Set up your Menulog device
When you receive your device, plug your device in and log in using the username and password emailed to you. For instructions on how to set up your device click here 

Step 2: Review your Menulog listing
You will be notified via email when your menu is ready for review. Simply activate your Partner Hub account to review, edit and manage your menu.

It’s worth spending a little time to get your menu right so customers get the best experience when ordering from you. For hints and tips, including viewing how your menu is displayed on the Menulog platform, click here.

Step 3: Manage your account
Familiarise yourself with Partner Hub, our online partner self-service tool. You can use Partner Hub to:

  • View daily and weekly sales statements
  • Manage your menu including taking items offline
  • Set-up promotions to increase your orders
  • Contact partner support
