We’re making a few changes to the way that reviews and ratings are made. They are in response to feedback from both partners and customers, and they’re designed to build trust and fairness.
Instead of asking customers to provide a rating out of 6-stars, we’ll be asking them to rate their experience out of 5-stars. Customers have told us this will make it easier to understand.

- Customers will be invited to rate their item or food and delivery experience
- Ratings out of 5-stars
Also, instead of asking customers three questions, we’ll now be asking them just two: one to rate their item or food quality, the second to rate the delivery time.
There is no need for you to do anything as a result of these changes. Your current overall rating out of 6 will be converted to a percentage and applied to the new scale out of 5. As an example: a rating of 3.5 out of 6 will be converted to 2.9 out of 5.
