Updates on Reopening and Recovery During COVID-19
on June 3, 2020 in COVID-19

We’re committed to supporting our partners throughout the recovery period and beyond.

As restaurants, cafes and bars are now able to reopen, in line with Federal and State Government Guidance, we have collated some useful information for our partners.

3-Step Framework for a COVIDSafe Australia

The Australian Government released a 3-step framework to create a COVIDSafe society and while we are currently at Step 1, the underlying principles of all of the steps remains as:
– Maintain 1.5m distance between others and practise good hygiene
– Stay home if you are feeling unwell
– Frequently clean and disinfect communal areas – this includes areas where customers and couriers may be waiting to pick up food orders as well as cash registers and countertops
– Create a COVIDSafe plan for workplaces and premises. You can find out how to do this by visiting Safe Work Australia
