It is important to notify us as soon as possible if the business has an account with Menulog, so we can transfer the ownership as soon as possible. This ensures that operations continue to run as smoothly as possible during this transition period. 

Transferring business ownership is simple. You and the buyer or seller will both need to complete an online form and confirm authorisation for completion of the process.

A few important tips:

• Both buyer and seller will need to complete the Change of Business Form
• The date of transfer must match on both forms
• Payments may be temporarily suspended  to ensure payment for orders are correctly split between the old and new owners. Complete this as soon as possible to ensure there are fewer delays with payment. 
• Please provide your best contact details on the form so we are able to follow up any questions and assist in completing the change of ownership request quickly.
