Menulog was proud to again sponsor the 6th QSR Media Sandhurst Conference and Awards this year, the biggest quick service and fast casual industry conference.
On Thursday, 20th June, Menulog provided members of the food and hospitality industry with information about our business and how we can help drive incremental orders to restaurant partners. As part of the conference, Menulog partook in a technology panel session alongside other industry leaders to discuss how the integration of intelligent systems continues to impact customer behaviour from all points of view.
The conference saw Menulog restaurant partners Hungry Jack’s, KFC, Zambrero, Oporto in attendance and partaking in panel sessions, providing their own insights into the industry, discussing topics such as brand revitalisation, trends and industry issues.
Menulog had the opportunity to provide an inside look into how QSRs can benefit from the evolving delivery industry and the new and emerging solutions available to businesses of all shapes and sizes. As Australia’s first hybrid delivery marketplace, Menulog drew on data to demonstrate how QSRs can leverage the growing number of ordering and delivery solutions available to drive customer satisfaction and grow their market share.
Trends and topics at the conference included:
- Paying for convenience
- Case studies by various QSRs on brand revitalisation
- Exclusive delivery partners and poly-partners
- Increasing foot traffic in store
- Changes in the fast food dine-in experience
- Dark and light kitchens
- Digital led ordering
- The changes in current and future food courts
