New Self-Service Tools Now Available on Menulog Partner Hub; Live Reporting and Restaurant Performance

Menulog has today launched two exciting new self-service features for restaurant partners to monitor and manage their online business.

The new ‘Live Reporting’ and ‘Restaurant Performance’ tools will provide additional data and better insights to give restaurants greater control of their businesses on Menulog.

LIVE REPORTING

Live Reporting is a new feature that is easily accessible via the ‘Home’ tab of Partner Hub. Live Reporting is designed to give you instant access to key data and metrics to help you better manage your business with Menulog.

Simply login to Partner Hub using your existing details, to see new ‘Live Reporting’ function on the Home tab.

Five things you can do with the new Live Reporting:

1. Track order volume and value
– See total orders and values by period
– Keep an eye on cancelled orders
– Pinpoint the busiest times to help better manage deliveries

2. See average order value
– Keep an eye on average order value and the number of items ordered
– Identify opportunities for specials to boost during quieter periods

3. View top menu items
– See your top performing dishes

4. See orders by location
– Identify your top postcodes
– Optimise your delivery suburbs
– Can assist with local promotion

5. Revenue by order type
– Understand customer preferences with order data split by cash, card, delivery or collection

It’s important to remember!

Live Reporting is designed to help you manage your day to day business, however does not take into account items such as refunds. If you want to see a full financial summary, please check your invoice on Partner Hub.

RESTAURANT PERFORMANCE

The new Restaurant Performance score is designed to recognise our restaurant partners’ efforts in providing outstanding service, where customers consistently enjoy a high quality experience.

The new Restaurant Performance score will also appear on the ‘Home’ tab of your Menulog Partner Center portal and will be displayed as a number out of a target 100 for an individual restaurant, based on a number of performance metrics.

These metrics are weighted mix of orders and reorders, as well as operational metrics that we know are most important to a positive customer experience, to make up an overall real-time ‘score’.

As delivery operations vary for restaurants with their own drivers and restaurants that use The Menulog Delivery Service, the metrics that make up Restaurant Performance vary between the two types of Menulog restaurant partners.

For restaurant partners with their own drivers, the Restaurant Performance Score is made up of factors including:
Number of orders per week
– Number of repeat customers
– Number of orders rejected
– Number of ‘On Its Way’ notifications sent

For restaurant partners that utilise The Menulog Delivery Service, the Restaurant Performance Score is made up of factors including:
– Number of orders per week
– Number of repeat customers

From today, all restaurant partners will be able to view this score in their Partner Hub portal and are encouraged to continue to increase their score towards the target 100.
