The New Orderpad App

 We’ve launched a new version of the Orderpad app! 

This new version has been designed by restaurants, for restaurants, taking into account loads of feedback to ensure we’re providing the easiest, quickest and most efficient technology for our valued partners. 

This new app will be automatically available to self-delivery restaurant partners throughout February. 

We’ve highlighted a couple of the main differences below. 

Main Screen

We’ve revamped the Home Screen so that all the information is displayed in a much clearer format: 

  • Minutes (delivery time)
  • Customer info
  • Order number
  • Status button 
  • Notifications are new and alert restaurants if an action is needed from them.

New Order

New orders now come in as a convenient pop up. You can also add time if you need.

Navigation and Settings Screens 

We have updated the navigation panel and setting screens so that again, the information is a lot clearer and simpler. You can navigate to both of these clicking at the top left. 

Today’s Sales

We have updated the page displaying your sales for the day. You can navigate here from the settings page.
