That’s why Menulog has introduced the ‘Menulog PIN’, an easy to set up four-digit number designed to make it quicker and easier for us to securely identify your restaurant when you contact our support team over the phone.
To ensure your security, only the registered owner of the restaurant can request a Menulog PIN or request the PIN be updated once it had been created.
Using the Menulog PIN, you can make authorised changes to your Menulog account, including:
- Updating your contact details
- Making changes to your menu
- Changing payment information, including bank account details
- Making changes to your opening hours
- And more!
It’s important to keep this PIN secure, and only provide the number to authorised representatives for your restaurant, such as business partners or other stakeholders.
