With more than 15 years in food, Menulog is incredibly excited to announce the launch of the Menulog ‘Meal 4 Good’ program, in partnership with Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, OzHarvest.
What is the ‘Meal 4 Good’ Program?
Starting in September 2021, on the last Friday of every month, for every single order placed via a Local Legend restaurant partner, Menulog will donate the cost of one meal to OzHarvest. That means for every order placed with your restaurant on this Friday, Menulog will donate a meal to someone in need via OzHarvest. Menulog aims to donate 200,000 meals to OzHarvest by the end of August 2022 as part of the Meal 4 Good program.
How Meal 4 Good will help those in need….
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for food support from food charities has almost doubled. Menulog aims to support by partnering with OzHarvest to donate meals to those in need for every order placed with a Local Legend partner on a Meal 4 Good Friday.
What is a ‘Local Legend’ and how do I become one?
Menulog offers ‘Local Legend’ status to any restaurant that meets the criteria of a Local Legend restaurant across a six month period. A Local Legend is selected if they have a high Restaurant Performance Score, which accounts for orders and customer experience and are active on Menulog with a First Time Customer Discount.
Any Local Legend must meet this criteria for at least two quarters in order to keep this special status. Here are the targets you’ll need to meet:
- An Order Score of 15 or more
- A Customer Experience Score of 35 or more on the same day at least once during at least two quarters
- Have an FTC promotion live and running
- Are not part of a major, national QSR brand
- Are an Australian restaurant with a ‘Live’ or ‘Temp Offline’ status
If you meet this criteria at the start of at least two quarters, we’ll send you an email to let you know that you’ve achieved Local Legend status.
