Making changes to your menu in Partner Hub

Did you know you can make changes to your menu directly in your Partner Hub? From price changes to adding products and meal deals – you can do it all yourself with Menu Manager.

Making changes to your menu
1. Log into your Partner Hub
2. Go to ‘Menu/Items’
3. Click on ‘Manage your menu’
4. Make the individual changes you need to – price changes, updating dish images, editing descriptions etc.
5. Save each change when adjustments are made
6. Press ‘Publish‘ after you have completed all of your menu changes.
7. When you press Publish, all changes you have made (except image uploads) will go live within 10 minutes.

Important:
Always save each edit and only click ‘Publish’ once all edits are made.

Need to make a change to one or more of your menu items? You can do so in just a few clicks – here’s how:

Firstly, log into your Partner Hub
1. Go to ‘Menu/Items’ and then click ‘Manage your menu’
2. Click on the menu item you want to make price adjustments to
3. Click ‘Edit’ at the top of the page
4. Enter your new sale price
5. To change the collection price select ‘Add collection price’
6. Click ‘Save’ once you’re done
7. Hit ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Changing a product with variations
Here’s how to change the price of a product that has different variations – e.g. a product with different portion sizes.
1. Follow steps 1-2 above
2. Scroll down to ‘Item variations’ and edit the price of each variation
3. Click ‘Save’
4. Hit ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Important: Always save each edit and only click ‘Publish’ once all edits are made.

 

▼ How to add and remove items from your menu

 

Looking to add new products to your menu? Or want to remove the products that don’t sell well? Here’s how:

Firstly, log into your Partner Hub Then go to ‘Menu/Items’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.
1. Go to the category you want to add the products to
2. Click on ‘Add new’ and select ‘item’
3. Enter a name, description and price for your new item
4. Add the categories you want this item to appear under
5. Select any relevant dietary information – ‘Spicy’, ‘Vegetarian’ or ‘18+’ for alcoholic items
6. If you wish, you can add information under ‘Additional details’ such as kitchen item number for your staff, calorie information and portion size options
7. Done? Click ‘Save’
8. Once you’ve finished making all of your menu changes, click ‘Publish’

Note: when you add or edit items on your menu, you should also have the option to add an image for that item. If you don’t have this option or aren’t sure how to do this, please reach out via Partner Hub.

▼ How to change customisable options on your menu

 

Give your customers an even better selection with item variations. With item variations you can offer different sized portions or a selection of fillings.

Here’s how to customise your menu products.
Firstly, log into your Partner Hub Then go to ‘Menu/Items’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.
1. Select the menu item you want to make adjustments to
2. Scroll down to Item variations and click the 3 dots of the relevant variation
3. Click on ‘View details’
4. You can now make changes like changing the variation name, adjust price or delete the variation
5. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page once you’ve made your changes
6. Only click ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Important: Always save each edit and only click ‘Publish’ once all edits are made.

Reorder your item variations
1. Select the menu item you want to make adjustments to
2. Click ‘Edit’
3. You’ll now see 2 lines next to each variation
4. Click and drag the item you wish to move
5. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page once you’ve made your changes

Product descriptions give customers insight into what they’re ordering. Clear and concise descriptions help customers to make quicker decisions. Here’s how to change or add descriptions to your menu items.

Firstly, log into your Partner Hub Then go to ‘Menu/Items’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.
1. Select the item you wish to change
2. Click ‘Edit’ at the top of the page
3. Enter or change the description
4. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page once you’ve made your changes
5. Hit ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Adding a new category

Firstly, log into your Partner Hub Then go to ‘Menu/Items’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.
1. Click on ‘Add category’ under ‘Categories’
2. Enter the category name, e.g. Pizza, and the description
3. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes
4. Made all the necessary changes to your menu? Then click ‘Publish’

Organising categories
1. Select the category you want to make changes to
2. To delete the category click on the bin symbol
3. To add a new item or deal click ‘Add new’
4. If you want to change the order of the items select ‘Reorder’ and click and drag the 2 lines on the right
5. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes
6. Only submit edits once you’ve made all changes to your menu

Important: Always save each edit and only click ‘Publish’ once all edits are made.

Giving customers a little extra is the perfect way to bring in new customers and attract more orders. Here’s how to create menu offers, meal deals and bundles.

Creating Meal Deals and Bundles

Firstly, log into your Partner Hub Then go to ‘Menu/Items’ and select ‘Manage your menu’.
1. On the left hand side, click the category you want to add a meal deal/bundle to
2. Click ‘Add new’ and then select ‘Deal’
3. Add the deal name, price and clear description of what the deal includes – e.g. ‘Lunchtime special with your choice burger, side dish and a cold drink’
4. Add the categories you want this deal to appear under
5. Click ‘Additional details’ to add a kitchen item number, energy content and portion size
6. Click ‘Next’
7. Select ‘Add deal group’ and add the items part of the Meal Deal – e.g. Bacon burger + Fries + Cola
8. Click ‘Add’. To create another deal select ‘Add deal group’
9. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes
10. Hit ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu

Creating offers and discounts
1. Log into your Partner Hub account and click on ‘Marketing’
2. Click ‘Offer’ and then ‘Add new offer’
3. Choose if you want your offer to be available to ‘New customers only’ or ‘All customers’
4. Choose what offer you would like to run (Percentage off, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Amount off and Free Item)
5. Add the conditions of the promotion (minimum your customers need to spend to get the discount, how much discount is, items in the promotion).
5. Set when your discount will run – select the days and hours the offer will run and select when the promotion starts and ends.
6. Click ‘Save’ to save all changes
7. Hit ‘Publish’ once you’ve made all desired changes to your menu
