We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Menulog Orderpad’s picking and substitution process. With these new features, you can reduce order errors, cut down on refunds, and keep your customers even happier!

Picking feature on the Orderpad

We’ve upgraded our Orderpad picking process so you can now enjoy:

  1. Increased accuracy
    Pick items individually and reduce order errors thanks to the new display of item images and SKUs
  2. Better customer satisfaction
    Customers will be less disappointed with instant refunds when you mark products as unavailable
  3. Faster delivery
    Smarter processes mean boosted productivity and greater customer satisfaction


Substitutions for unavailable items

If items are out of stock, customers can now choose to receive substitute items from you, instead of an automatic refund. This new feature should reduce refunds and will keep customers happy too.

Just make sure the substitute item is suitable and the same price or cheaper as the ordered item. It must be from the same dietary category, the same brand, or the same flavour..
