1. Customer orders during the campaign period and enters promo code FREEDOM100 to unlock 100 days of unlimited free delivery. Customers need to log into or create a Menulog account to qualify.
2. All qualifying customers will be issued the Delivery Pass around 24 hours later. Customers are notified via email and the Menulog app.
3. Customers will then have 100 days of unlimited free delivery on all orders over $20. The Delivery Pass automatically applies at checkout, providing order meets the minimum spend threshold.

Customers will have the opportunity to unlock their 100 Days of unlimited free delivery (on orders of $20+) between 9 and 18 August 2024 (inclusive).

Qualifying customers who unlock the Delivery Pass will have their pass issued 24 hours after their order using promo code FREEDOM100 in the Rewards section of the app. From this point, they have 100 days to use their unlimited free deliveries with orders over $20.

No. The FREEDOM100 activation code and Delivery Pass act as vouchers (or a secondary payment method). So there is no change to invoicing or revenue received by partners.

The 100 Day Delivery Pass will be linked to the customer’s account and auto-applies at checkout. Customers who have a Delivery Pass will be able to see this in the ‘Rewards’ section of the Menulog app and on the checkout page in the ‘Delivery Options’ section.

Yes, the minimum spend is $20 or more to qualify for free delivery.

No, the Delivery Pass is only available for delivery orders.

Customers can use their Delivery Pass with an on-platform offer such as a first time customer (FTC) discount, % off discount or menu item offer (e.g. buy an item and get one free). However, the Delivery Pass cannot be stacked with another voucher.
