We’ve made a small change to the way you contact customers to help streamline the ordering process, whilst maintaining privacy for all. 

If you need to contact a customer about an order, you can dial the number on the order as you usually would. However, instead of entering the customer’s longer order number, you will enter a dedicated verification code that we have now added to the order docket. 

You will find this verification code directly under the customer’s phone number. Please see the image below with an example of where this is located.
